CAF Foundation does not work alone. We partner with, resource, and amplify organisations already doing extraordinary work — in eastern DRC and across the UK diaspora. These are the initiatives we are proud to support.
Our approach is simple: find the people doing the right work in the hardest places, and make sure they have what they need to keep going. We believe in trust-based partnerships, community leadership, and long-term commitment over short-term visibility.
If your organisation shares these values and is working with Congolese communities — in the DRC or in the diaspora — we want to hear from you.
Interested in partnering with CAF Foundation?
We work with NGOs, foundations, IGOs, government bodies and academic institutions. Whether you want to co-deliver a programme, refer organisations for grants, commission Gardens for Change, or fund a specific initiative — get in touch.
CAF Foundation's own initiative — a community garden model harnessing the healing power of growing, making, and belonging. Grounded in horticulture therapy and trauma-informed practice, Gardens for Change restores community cohesion, generates income for women and youth, and is fully aligned with eight UN SDGs. Designed to be replicable anywhere in the world. Available for partnership, co-delivery and commissioning.

LDN Ascend uses football, arts, and culture as tools of prevention — creating pathways for young people from underserved London communities who are at risk of knife crime and youth violence. More than a programme, Ascend is a movement built on the belief that every young person deserves access to opportunity, mentorship, and a sense of belonging. CAF Foundation co-founded LDN Ascend because impact must be both felt and seen — here in the UK, as well as in the DRC.
